Enquiries, quotations and bookings

Website information is an invitation to discuss your equipment. Sending an enquiry does not create a confirmed booking or a guarantee that every item can be accepted. The equipment scope, collection location, access, timing, handling requirements and any charges must be agreed before collection. Any equipment purchase value or revenue return requires a separate agreed valuation and terms.

Authority and preparation

You must own the equipment or have permission from its owner to release it. Identify leased, financed or third-party assets and any restrictions before arranging collection. Keep items intended for reuse or relocation separate from those approved for retirement. Arrange any required backups, account releases and internal approvals before handover.

Data handling and documentation

Tell us the storage-media types, security requirements and evidence your organisation needs. Available sanitisation or destruction methods, locations, responsible providers and documentation must be confirmed for the particular job. Do not assume that on-site destruction, a particular certification, asset-level reporting or a destruction certificate is included unless expressly agreed. Do not release equipment when an essential requirement remains unresolved.

Acceptance, charges and timing

Equipment acceptance depends on type, condition, quantity and handling needs. Collection is not automatically free. We will discuss any charges before you commit. Dates and turnaround times depend on availability and the agreed work; website examples are not service-level guarantees. Contact us promptly if the equipment, site access or booking requirements change so revised arrangements can be agreed.

Reuse and recycling

Processing options depend on the equipment and agreed data treatment. Ask about the proposed reuse, recovery or recycling route and any supporting records. No universal recovery percentage or zero-landfill outcome is promised.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law, including applicable Australian Consumer Law rights. Any specific written quotation or service agreement should be read together with these general terms.
